Medusa

by Callioppe

On my first trip to San Francisco I discovered, "Bound Together" an anarchist book collective, and was immediately intrigued and intellectually aroused by many of the books and zines that called that place their home. I came across a book called, "Off the map" that originally started as a zine and later the different editions were compiled into a book. Among the many things that I took away after reading these enlightened words was a new perspective of Medusa. "I don't think that she actually turned people to stone. I think that's just a metaphor for their fear. That when they saw such a real, such a wild, magic and powerful woman who lived so unapologetically outside the confines of domesticated femininity, well they were forced to face their own fears about what that meant. Which probably rendered them as immobile as stone, mentally... or physically."

I'd like to give a special thanks to Milloux who allowed me to get naked in her living room and Zoetica for making me feel wild, and magical, and free.

Shapeshifter

by Odissi

The idea for this set came about during a lunch break discussion with several friends / long time SG members. The topic of discussion was the current state of SG. Whether it's coincidental or intentional we could not deny that it seems as though there's been a definite dynamic shift during recent times as both members and staff seem to be favoring the simpler sets and more mainstream looking alternative girls. Art as we all know is subjective, so whether or not thats a good thing or a bad thing is purely in the eye of the beholder. All we know is that the wild and creative sets from years past seem to be a rarity in SG land these days. Dont get me wrong, the intent here is not to stir up controversy but rather to highlight why myself, my photographer and the creative team behind this set wanted to go out on a limb to produce something different to the current norm. a tribute set if you like to some of the brazenly creative girls and sets of SG past (Such as Nemisis and her Toxic Wasteland set, Baileys Diner of Death and Manko's Backstreet Surgery set). While these sets may not have the highest percentage of i loved it in comparison to more traditional submissions from these girls, it is hard to deny that they were anything short of pure SG gold. This set may never make the front page, but we hope it brings a smile to the faces of those members who, like myself and my friends, hold a special place in their hearts for the more twisted forms of erotica. Xoxo Odissi

i honestly dont know WHAT my parents were thinking... but they for some reason thought to take him to a taxidermist to have his pelt saved so he could always have a spot in the house... no joke... norman the coyote had his own arm chair... and even though he's dead he still sits in the chair.... me and my friends sometimes take him out for adventures...
