You could dress this girl in a gunny sack and throw mud on her, and she would still be ravishing. What I find most interesting about this pictorial is the opposition of butterfly wings and straps holding them on. Wings symbolizing flight, freedom, the ephemeral -- straps delineating bounds, restraint, the solidity of the body that makes these things real. Doesn't that say something about the human condition?
