I like the shots of the giant rhubarb. I saw them at their peak at the botanic gardens at the beginning of autumn. I almost like the shapes and textures better now that they're returning to the earth.

These pics are so awesome, I can only imagine the view in spring when everything is blooming. Perhaps luck will find me a pot of gold and I can come see for myself, wishful thinking!!

FANTASTIC PHOTOS, VERY VERY......

There are some interesting and very lovely shots here. I wonder what it is about mist and fog that creates such an emotional response. Light is defused and attenuated, sharp edges dissolve into ghosts of their true form. Distances are distorted by the increased perception in depth of field and sound transported magically such the lovers whispers are shared with strangers. Form and figure made anonymous, even well known places transpose to unfamiliar shadows. It is interesting that what the mist steals by loosely binding the eyes it pays back infinitely by opening doors in our imagination.
