I do enjoy fake gravy though. The real stuff creeps me out a lot.

Chicken-fried steak in a cast iron skillet with cream gravy, heavy pepper. Collared greens on the side. Fresh biscuits and peaches n' cream sweet corn. Plenty of mashed 'taters with the little bits of skin in them.

If I was going to ride the lightning that would be my last meal.

It's ok. I've already accepted the waistline sacrifice that every gravy lover must endure. Luckily it sharpens the wits.

You know, my Ham/Bacon/Pineapple pizza was tasting really good until this thread started.
Now all I want are mashed Potatos and gravy. Anyone ever notice KFC has the best mashed taters and gravy when you're craving? Even if the consistency does remind me of that old b-movie "The Stuff"

Once I went through the KFC drive-thru and only got mashed potatos and gravy. It was like I needed a fix.

Nose twitching, I reach deep into my pocket...... Yes.. yes..... .it's there.. my trusty fork and knife.. I draw them.. they glisten in the light.. I know the moment is now.. I dive, with reckless abandon, toward the source of my "POW"..... . My knife lands first..... it rips off a fleshy piece from the corner..... quickly after, I strike with my fork..... it lands..... what luck!..... I , then, gather my strength..... am I too weak?..... no.. NO..... , I am strong..... . I can do this..... I can.. make it..... , So I stab the piece that's been torn away..... . I raise it, on my trusty fork, to my mouth.. I can barely lift it.. my mouth, it's pouring with saliva, my body, it's covered with sweat..... I can.. I will..... I thrust it into my mouth.. I chew, I chew as if my very mortal soul depended on it..... It's good..... Sooo Good..... My vision blurs..... .My muscles tire and relax..... My body slumps to the floor..... . I continue chewing..... .. chewing..... . Chewing, till all the pain goes away..... I made it..... really made it....life is goooood mmmmmm*******
