Grill a large flour tortilla!

fry some chirizo or bacon or canadian bacon!

then make some hashed brown potatos in the bacon grease!

dice a yellow onion, green pepper, jalopeno and a red pepper!

shread some cheddar and montery jack cheeses!

whisk two whole eggs and six egg whites - then add the veggies and chirizo/bacon!

scramble the eggs (not in the bacon grease)!

add the cheese to the tortilla, then layer on the potato, then egg - fold!

dollop some sour cream and salsa.

EAT!

[and i am not even hung over]

See that? That's how you ruin a perfectly good breakfast burrito.

You can use other cheeses - I use more European cheeses than American, for instance, and some kind of bacon-like local meat or some kind of sausage would do - some kind of pork you can fry), and any spicy pepper if you don't have jalapenos, and then I'm sure you have some kind of peppers and onions, and if you tell me you don't have potatoes there I'll surely cry for you.

And tortillas are easy to make. I usually use corn four mixed with wheat flour or rice flour, though.

Please, have potatoes available!

Therefore the correct answer would be "about a dozen pages back" tongue

I don't know. I rarely hit fast food places but early one morning I had some kind of drinkable banana cream pie that was fantastic.

Burritos, though, I make at home. It's rare I order any out. I just love making them and eating them.

My only qualm with home burrito construction is that I can't find a decent brand of flour tortillas that don't rip down the side when folded.

Make them. I add a pinch of salt to the water first and about a quarter to half tsp of extra virgin olive oil as I mix it and they don't tend to tear.
