No. I could see the generally emotionless Borg showing amusement at the Daleks, until the Daleks screech "EXTERMINATE!!" and the Borg realize exactly how devestatingly powerful they are.
They may look like screeching, over-sized salt-and-pepper shakers, but the Daleks are one of the most dangerous sci-fi villians ever created, and could certainly wipe the floor with the Borg, blasting them with mega-weapons they can't adapt to, and easily shrugging off assimilation attempts (Dalek technology EXEEDS Borg nano-tech, making them pretty much unassimilateable)
Borg vs. Cybermen however? That would be a more even fight, and certainly fun to watch (though I'd put my money on the Borg in the end)
Possibly the nerdiest thing I have ever read...
