Yes always. First off i dont pay for water in my Apt but even if i did i still would.

As for leaving the seat down, Fuck that, Is it really so hard to LOOK and put it down ladies!? I would leave it up on purpose for spite, yes because im a dick.

But seriously i actually close the lid down everytime, one i think it just looks better, 2 i used to have a cat and a dog and that prevented them from drinking out of the toilet. So is closing it ALL THE WAY down worse then not putting it down at all? i mean your saying you want it down right?

Smh. I have a pet peeve. Seat down, shower curtain closed. It looks better and besides when you leave the lid up and flush germs/bacteria can spread...so I hope you don't keep your toothbrush near your toilet. Ewww!

Me, I piss and leave it. I put the blue things in my toilet so until its GREEN the water its all good!

As far as the lid. I do if I feel as though I am doing it to be polite. If a woman in my house demands it I consciously don't! And if they complain I plot against them for their rudeness!

Equal is equal! If I should have to pick it up each time whats to problem with them putting it down each time.

The happy medium if I am in someone else's house I put it completely down lip seat and all. That is fair.

Because sometimes guys pee all over the damn bowl...I know I wouldn't want to risk touching someones piss if I need to use the potty. That's just gross...

...which leads me to another debate...whose job is it to clean the toilet?
I say the man. He is the one who makes a mess of it. It is clearly a guy chore.

Discuss.

The silly. - Shut up and clean my toilet!!! biggrin

The serious.

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
Cleaning. I say its a joint thing. Again shared. I'm getting tired of the pushing back and forth. Its bullshit to think its a girls job but its ULTRA bullshit to think just because its a stereo type that its womens work that it should only be men's work. House work should be a partnership like everything in the relationship. If one party thinks for some reason they are exempt from the work they should be put out the door and told what reality is like.

With all due respect I wouldn't mind cleaning the toilet if the consideration I put into maintaining the cleanliness was a reciprocal thing. With most of the men in my life this is not the case.
I think fair is fair and I would not to make it a his and hers type chore IF the toilet remained clean after each person uses it.

Sadly so many people don't agreed with the cold logic of it. Trying to shirk their part in everything.
