I don't like bacon. I know, sacrilege. But this way, Jhay gets all he bacon he can eat. So I have no further comment on this/

Bacon does get along well with sweetness. Bacon and syrup are oft times neighbors on a waffle-based breakfast plate. USually during the final spinning mixing phase I'd combine them. Breakfast Bacon Roll: Looks good.

I think this idea needs work.

Crispy bacon crumbles on top seems like it would work a lot better than half soggy bacon inside that has transferd some baconness to the cinnamon roll.
