I took 3 tylenol at 2 am and another 3 at 9. Still nothing.
Does Coffee really help though???

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuude. DON'T take tylenol after drinking. It totally says that right on the box. (liver damage).

Also caffeine can serve to exacerbate a hangover since you are dehydrated and it is a diuretic.

Tomatoe juice. It replenishes.

Okay, I tried v8, greasy microwave food and I am drinking shitty coffee.
My head hurts less but I still want to die.

Take it easy, plenty of water, and keep up the greasy food (though salty food will perhaps help more).

I swear by soup, too. It's my hangover ritual - water, aleve, tomatoe juice, rest, cheesy movies, chicken soup (Mrs. Grass noodle soup, yum), and bowl smokeage throughout.

Sometimes Gatorade helps, too.

Aleve: also Very Bad during a hangover. You really shouldn't take any pain relievers when hung over. You liver is under a lot of stress as it is and pain relievers are notoriously hard on your liver. If you must, take 2 aspirin on a full stomach. But really, you should just suck it up for a few hours until you feel better.

i don't have a hang over silly . also something about sweating out the toxins, while replenishing the water. the gatorade helps because of the electrolytes.

also i think bathing in the blood of the dead helps too.

Pedialyte is better because it has less sugar. Of course it doesn't taste very good.
