Uniform of the Lame

just for today, "the day of caring." every september 11th (or close to) we go out and do work in the community. today we were doing some landscaping and house building for a local ranch for dispossessed youth. here's a link. it's good work and all, and i wouldn't mind helping out more, but not wearing that fucking shirt.

or hell, just a regular shirt or tank top. we still had to wear our utility pants and boots, but that wasn't so bad. plus, short sleeved utilities are authorized

dress blues? right now? good lord man. i just got my crow put on mine. would much rather be wearing my blues than my whites right now (can't wait to get back in my johnny cashes), but it's so fucking hot down here.
