i've only ever seen four flavors. beef, original, chicken and shrimp. the shrimp is oh so nasty, but the other three rule.

My husband and son like to eat the ramen cooked but drained of all water and then seasoned. I like when they set some aside for me with broth. *slurp*

And I realize it's one of the worst things you can eat. But you can't live in Hawaii and not eat ramen or saimin. It's the law. *shrugs*

I love saimin. I had a friend from Kailua and she used to make that stuff all the time. Oh and sticky rice with some cubes of spam thrown in yeah, that stuff is good too.

I dump out the broth, and splash jalapeno sauce on the noodles.
