From surfing through your pics, I notice two things.. 1) You're several dozen kinds of hot, and 2) no topless shots. Hmmm... so everything is guesswork and conjecture at this point.
Could be more sensitive, could be less, or could be no change at all. Depends on a number of factors, spend some time talking to your piercer to get more of an idea. I don't have pierced nipples, but the anecdotal evidence I've got is that once everything heals some see no change in sensitivity, but most noticed heightened sensitivity (a few to the point where there nipples have been hard as diamonds since getting them pierced)...
You could try one, or you could try them both. Remember, you can remove them if it doesn't work out. But I recommend talking to your piercer first.

i'm thinking of piercing mine too ...
so i appreciate all the comments.
i would have to do both at the same time though.
the asymmetry of just one would make me crazy.

I am saving to get both of mine done at the same time as well... its easier I think in the long run... and to be honest I wouldnt mind some sesitiveity in mine... gl to you let me know how it all works out

Get it done! it made no difference in the feeling in mine, perhaps made it a little better. And i personally think it looks really nice. I do get paranoid of ripping it out on my clothes tho, but you learn to avoid it.
p.s you CAN get vibrating nipple bars, oh yes

Im contimplating doing this over the weekend. hhhmmm...dunno yet. My boobs are healthy boobs, but after two kids and a really good weighloss drop over the past year, im not sure how good it will look if you know what i mean.
