Well, the first time I had sex we were listening to the radio. Right after we finished the first time, I had said, "Hey-We should have sex to NIN's 'Closer' if it ever comes on the radio." And I shit you not, that was the very next song that played. So now my husband and I have unwittingly made Closer our song (Yes I married my first-5 yrs later).

I think China Crisis was playing in the background. I didn't plan a soundtrack, but the music didn't help.

For the record, me and my girlfriend both knew we were sluts before we fucked, each for the first time. You can just tell.

So she put on "Closer", and to be honest, I didn't even think about it at the time. Too nervous. I was 13, she was 14, we were pretty much in love, and it wasn't 'til I was like 16 that I went "What the fuck?! That wasn't passionate at all! Fuck! Do-over?" And we did do it over. Upwards of 8 times a day, every day for 6 years.

I personally hate music unless it's a distraction for other people, or from nervousness with a first time with a girl. Can't stand it otherwise.
