Is there a line that one crosses that makes them gay or bi?

People seem fascinated with what is gay or isnt.

One guy I talked to thinks snowballing is gay but getting a blow job from a pre op tranny isnt so long as "he really looks like a girl",

One of my old buddies spent some time in the joint and swears it doesnt count as gay in prison.

Ive talked to many a gay man who seem to feel almost anyone who combs their hair and works out is gay.

Hell lets face it in the town I grew up in guys who get mannis and petties done are at least suspected. (Im pretty sure some people suspect any man who uses the term "mannis and petties")

I imagine some secret boardroom where they vote on who gets the lil pink triangle and who doesnt.

To be gay is to be attracted and be able to love the same sex. To be bi is to be attracted to both sexes and be able to love both.
That's what it is to me at least. A sexual and emotion connection and also If you enjoy it and not ashamed of it

Disagree on the emotional connection bit.

Someone cums in someone else's mouth. That person then transfers the semen to back to the mouth of the original owner or a third party. Can be sexy as hell. Also useful in situations where one party doesn't want to swallow and jumping out of bed to spit would kill the mood.

I think the what they're driving at is that any label that can be assigned isn't going to be sufficient for everyone's experience. I've met girls who can only be romantically involved with women but enjoy occaisional sex with men because the sensation is different. I've met 'Gay' guys who spent most of their lives in fairly happy heterosexual relationships before coming out. I've met people who are attracted to everyone and people who aren't attracted to anyone. Whatever you are, you are. Applying one label or one name to something tries to freeze it in time, to define it and hold it in place. People are too fluid for that sort of thing to work. The person you are today is different from the person you were yesterday and the person you will be tommorow, but they're all the same person. The idea being offered is that sexuality can be fluid, can change, and runs through such a wide spectrum that applying hard and fast labels isn't really productive.

I can't imagine not being able to be attracted to, love or feel sexual toward girls and boys. I guess that's why I'm bi. I don't feel particularly weird or different or anything it would just feel unnatural to restrict that to one sex. I tend towards liking guys, but I've certainly fallen for girls before.

I don't think that just having sex with the same gender constitutes being gay, because there's nothing really to stop you from having sex. Straight chicks make out with other girls for attention, and how many of the porn lesbians are really honest-to-goodness lesbian?

In my opinion, it is sexual, emotional and probably impossible to come up with a definitive answer.
