Flashbacks (according to Lauren Michelle):

That feeling you randomly get (without intent) when you are driving/ in the shower/ walking down the street/ reading a book/ aimlessly thinking about what you're craving for lunch/ etc...

...and then all of a sudden euphoric chills cascade up or down your body as a random, mental image of a sexual encounter you had or envisioned just pops into your head.

How wonderful are those?

I haven't experienced one in a little while. And then this morning, minding my own business...I saw a motorcyclist making a left turn in the middle of an intersection and for some reason his body positioning just hit me in a way to make me recall a very nice sex position and I was welcomed with those warm fuzzy chills running up and down my body...

MMmmmmmMmm...

Your turn.

I get feelings like that from time to time. It usually makes me feel lonely, more than anything. Still, they're pleasent memories.

That's how it is for me. Once, I heard something that sounded really familiar but I couldn't place it. Then I realized that it sounded just like the particular breathing of one ex- when we were in bed.

Another ex- used to wear too much of one kind of perfume, enough that I would sometimes smell it before she appeared in the room. Now there are times when I think I smell her and I look around, only to find that she's not there.

Bittersweet, all around.

Whenever someone says the word smother, or someone closes a book, i must find a private spot.

The only flashbacks I get are psychedelic ones, and trust me, they're tons better than any sex I've had.
