Fake boobs, real boobs they're all the same to me. Persoanlly I don't see why some women want fake boobs but if it makes them feel better about themselves then hey, go for it. Those are hot, I love huge boobs, I also love practically non-exsistent mosquito bites but almost anything in between is so-so. Weird eh?

i dated a woman with boobs like that once and though they were totally out of proportion with the rest of her body they were _not_ fake. not everyone with huge boobs did it on purpose people, jeez.

Most girls who get reductions do it for medical reasons, primarily back pain. My cousin's boobs swelled up to an F (you gotta special order mongo expensive bras) after pregnancy and left her in so much pain that she couldn't walk,

I see a perfectly valid reason to alter your breast size in that scenario.

If you just want freakishly huge tits, that's different. There is no medical reason I know of to make 'em bigger.
