My only dungeon blooper was my first scene on a Rupert Huse St. Andrews Cross.

I pulled a little too hard on my bottoms hair and I pull the whole thing over taking a shot right in the head. I managed to catch my bottom and lift the st. Andrews back into possition in one motion and continued the scene, but now with the help of a DM who made sure the cross stayed in place.

Sure I was a little loopy for the next couple of hours but the horrible part was doing it during my very first convention in front of 800 people.

Makes me miss mom. *sigh*
