Pretty much. I keep my head down (assuming I'm hovering over him) so the come stays against my lip/teeth, and I keep my tongue out of the way. Then, I throw my head back, slamming it back to my throat, and gulp quickly. It's like taking a shot of whiskey. If you practice, you'll never feel it again, and the taste is barely noticeable.

I do get a bit queasy from it, though, so I've often considered spitting it into a tissue. Nausea tends to impede foreplay.
