Gosh, that totally depends on the person. Trial and error is usually your best bet. Women before have wanted me to tweak their nipples between thumb and forefinger while simultaneously performing cunnilingus. And one prominent female told me to stop trying to do two things at a time because in her opinion, I couldn't. Very humbling.

Spanking combined with intercourse works well for me. But what I would also like to add is that foreplay doesn't have to be strictly limited to a relatively short list of activities.
