I make a point of not sleeping with someone I think I'll regret sleeping with, but there have been instances in which it wasn't the best decision I've ever made. Once because it was in a rather public place, once because I think I was pushing for it a little more than I should have, and once because I wasn't in an appropriate emotional state to be engaging in such intimate activity with anyone, let alone that particular partner.

twice, embarrassingly. once with the girlfriend of a buddy, and once with a girl who was looking for a real relationship when i was only looking for a quickie.

I usually become the guy of the relationship. Sleep with them, we have lots of fun for a while, and then they end up getting attatched, and I end up being the "husband home from work, only to listen to the nagging wife about her 'feelings'." WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS?

But there have been plenty of, "What the hell was I thinking?" I knew certain guys were going to suck in bed and still fucked them. Why? B/c I was a slut I guess.

And there was one guy who wouldn't leave me the hell alone afterwards. He thought b/c we had sex we were a couple. And there was a girl that I fucked and it was her first time with another girl. Big mistake! Note to other woman: don't take another woman's girl on girl virginity.

some of them were just because they were there and i took advantage and i have to say that after fucking them, i felt pissed at myself for being weak and using them like that, when i knew that i had no intention of anything after the act

A few times I have because the woman I was with pulled away from me or acted supremely weird around me afterward, for reason I was often unable to figure out conclusively. Once a woman accused me of giving her HPV because immediately after we had sex, she got an outbreak. After browbeating me into going to the public health clinic to be tested (I tested negative) she stirred up so much needless drama with so many people that I was forced to cut ties with her altogether.

Plenty. I would say almost every sexual encounter I had in high school should have never happened. I was too young, I only had sex with men because it validated my attractiveness and fed my bad self esteem. I learned from it, though.

Not really. Not every choice has been the best, but I wouldn't say that I regret it.

+1; i felt burnt by it because he'd always promised me there was no ulterior behind him being so friendly, that he'd never make a pass at me and knew how vulnerable i was at the time. there was alot of alcohol involved and obviously it takes two to tango, but i regret it so fucking much and hope i'm not stupid enough to make that mistake again

IDGAS I think you're spot on there, it's probably not the sex I regret, just the person/relationship.

Yeah, that's pretty much where I stand. I regret being faithful to people who didn't return the favour, and missing out on potential good sex. Sex is rarely regret worthy in my view, unless it ends in an STI or other physical harm.
