Eh. Some girls don't orgasm during sex no matter what. You have to get them there in other ways.

If you're really concerned about it, just listen to the girl. She wants to have an orgasm and, whether she realizes it or not, she's guiding you. Listen to her breathing and you can figure out what's working and what isn't if she won't straight out tell you.

To address the actual topic, I've never faked it. After 45 minutes to an hour, if it hasn't happened, it probably won't and it's time to stop. Most girls can't go that long anyways, due to soreness, and I wouldn't want to due to exhaustion. I haven't really had much of a problem with it, eventually they realize that sometimes I just don't come easily and they accept it.
