Labiaplasty??

Would you mind expanding on why you hate your labia? Do you hate how they look? Are they uncomfortable?

I'd get the surgery too, if I could possibly justify spending all that money.

We only have one life and one body....enjoy it while it lasts, I say!

I just spent $7000 on boobs and I've never been happier. If I had known how much confidence this would give me and how good I would feel....I would have done it sooner! Hell, I'd have paid double!

And labiaplasty only runs about $2500-3000. Much cheaper than boobs.

i have largeish labie, and i hate it. I hate the look, and they can get in the way while having sex, like if a 'flap' gets in the way. And tight g-strings are also a problem sometimes. it pinches.

Except for the fact that most women have labiaplasty because their labia make living a normal, everyday life difficult.
The number one reason women have labiaplasty is because they find that their labia are so large that they get pinched in the sides of their underwear, that working out or running is painful, and the labia are pulled inwards during sex, making sex excruciatingly painful.
I'm sorry....but that is NOT perfect.

Any surgery meant to help people should not be criticized.

Um no, no they're not. How on earth would you know if everyone's bits are perfect? Did you even read Squeak's post about being so small normal, everyday things weren't possible?

Hell, I'll say it. My labia are too long. They get pinched, they make sex painful to the point where I don't want to have it, they get *irritated* by touching things they shouldn't naturally be touching...like my underwear.

Not everyone's bits are "perfect as they are". Far from it.

People who don't have the problems with it have no freakin idea and should shut up about it.
When you have no desire to be educated about it then your opinion on it is hardly valid.

Not going into details but I've had issues with mine since I was 15.. No fun.

I have to say that I was one of the people who thought this surgery was just another way to bilk money out of women who have been trained to be ashamed of their appearance.. But having seen that so many of you have real physical discomfort has opened my mind.

My labia are long and also very uneven. It doesn't cause me any physical discomfort, but it definately limits the type of underwear and swimsuit bottoms I can wear. I would definately consider getting this surgery if I had money to throw around.

Honestly - My labia aren't too bad at all. Neatly packaged.
But, I have a friend who hates her so much. She does nude modeling, and has to turn down gigs because she is so self conscious about her lips.
I had no idea of all the reasons behind this surgery, but why the hell not?
I know i had too much rough sex once, my labia swelled up and I couldn't walk for a day cause they were soo irritated and hitting undies/couldn't even close my legs. So I can imagine the discomfort.

Like Squeak said, only one body for life enjoy it!
