I'm not even close to being Suicide Girl worthy and this definitely isn't SG quality but... I used to find feet absolutely revolting. Then I dated a guy with a very minor foot thing and really got me into it.... I took this picture for him.
At first I was still grossed out and doing it to make him happy but near the end I think I was more into it than he was. I loved when he'd do me doggy and then I'd wrap my legs around his while I was on my knees and rub the back of his thighs with my feet. And nothing feels better than a night of pampering my toes and rocking a pair of hot shoes. 
I completely agree, I think there should be more foot pictures but it's up to the models on which parts of themselves they want to share and what they find erotic and sexy.

I've never actively expressed my kinks with past girlfriends; just kindof went with the ebb and flow of the bedroom. Your post inspired me to be more assertive next time around.
