And, like, disregarding the sexist qualities of this statement and accepting that those are indeed feminine qualities, it should be women men, as "women" is the adjective modifying the noun "men."

A man woman would be a bitch like me, a ballbreaker with hairy armpits and a love of bourbon, guns, Mustangs, and Lee Marvin. That is, if being totally fucking awesome were solely a masculine quality.
