Does anyone have any experience with making a mold of a penis, or other body parts for that matter?
I have a freind who is interested in a cast of my, um, stature, but im not sure which company sells the best casting system. There's about five of them, ranging in price from $30 to $100. I figure since there are many horny people here, someone can give me some kind of advice....thanks...

a friend gave me the create-a-mate penis cast. it works pretty well and the results are pretty realistic. i think it's one of the more expensive ones ($80) but it's probably the best choice.

The cheapest route for this via the DIY approach is to buy yourself a pack of dental alginate from a sculptor's supply store. Cost here in the UK is about £7 and there's enough there to mould a couple of dicks, if you want to make a spare.

Mix the stuff with cold water and fill an empty plastic beaker before inserting yourself. The alginate sets in about two minutes and is soft enough that you should be able to pull out pretty easily - but wait 'till you've gone soft again to avoid tearing the mould. Pour plaster of paris/ foam latex/ silicone rubber depending on what type of cast you want. When it's set, tear off the alginate. Hey presto, one cock replica.

FYI in case yer wondering how I know all this, I work on the fringes of the film industry and have done a fair deal of life casting in the past. Still have a spare cast of Jack Nicholson from his days as the Joker on Batman which takes pride of place in the living room...

I did it. I got a 30$ mold from some sex toy shop. A few words of advice, don't masterbate for a few days because you are going to have to stay hard for a while, while you are doing other things. I would sugguest getting someone to fluff you while you mix the mold and stuff. ALSO I would either shave or don't do the whole cock. It can be a pain to pull off the mold. If you have a straight cock it will work best if you bend in a direction, its going to take some work to get it all stuffed in there without fucking up the mold.
