It's mostly about your willingness to learn. You can always learn new things in all respects of life, especially this one, so don't ever think you got it all figured out. smile Find out what you like and what the other person likes, it's a team effort. Even if you put two people who are experienced lovers together, if they aren't on the same page, there's not much of a guarentee the sex will be dynomite for them either.

The rest is just some general confidence in yourself, if you go in thinking you're gonna be the worst lay they've ever had, you probably will be.

Don't forget to have fun either...taking sex too seriously can definatly ruin it. smile

OOH OOH ask me questions! I love telling people all the tricks I've picked up from being a nosey girlfriend who asks too many questions and my multiple experimentations on poor young ment and women!!!!

(by the way that's not an invitation to sex or anything)

depends on what he's into... pick a focus.. like head or sex or a fetish... submissive, dominant, etc. It's too general of a question.

Practice makes perfect, sure, but it also really helps to get the theory down. My bedpost has a grand total of two notches on it, but I'll echo the above: books really do help!

I'd recommend Paul Joannides' "Guide to Getting it On," which I read cover to cover (skipping a few chapters, because I had no immediate plans to have sex with the pregnant or disabled) before I went back and reread the real important stuff. Every now and again I'll skim a chapter.

I credit that book (and the video "Nina Hartley's Guide to Cunnilingus") for every amazed compliment I got from my second partner...

or else she was just trying to be nice...
