I just started getting into their stuff recently and am loving to death. i just need some suggestions for other bands that are similar to the. i have listened to Reverand Horton Heat and The Phenomenauts and i really like them. Tiger Army is ok but is was too clean sounding for my tastes and too much on the punk side of psychobilly. The Horrorpops are ok as well but are again a bit to clean but not as crazy as i'd like.

So really any bands more along the lines of Those Legendary Shack Shakers, Reverand Horton Heat, and The Phenomenauts would be awesome.

Those Legendary Shack Shakers recently played on Fox Rox, a weekly San Diego show. There are a couple of videos of there performance here.

The videos are along the right side of the page. I don't know too much about this genre, but thought you might like to see the videos.

Edited because I didn't read your post all the way through.

I suggest The Guana Batz, Batmobile, The Hillbilly Hellcats, or something like Slim Cessna's Auto Club if you are trying to avoid the more punk psychobilly.

Mike Ness' solo record is pretty badass too.

I don't have any suggestions, but wanted to chime in that I saw them live last memorial day, and holy hell it was amazing. Hardest rocking show I've ever been to. Do NOT miss them if they come to your town.
