Uh...go tell that to the other members of the DKs who Jello has been ripping off financially for the past ten years. That's why they had to sue him to get their share of DKs royalties. Jello Biafra is what we call a bizniz man in punk's clothing.

So, was that what it was? The way that I heard it (which may or may not be the truth) was that the other members sued him for not PROMOTING the 20 +/- year old albums enough and allowing the rights for the songs to go on Levi's commercials and the like. If that's the case, it's retarded if you consider what the original music was. If he was flat-out not giving them the royalties that'd been earned, that's obviously quite different.

Not that I think real highly of that Jello guy anyhow.

On a different note, yeah for the Pixies and Devo and Talking Heads and stuff.
