I love Garbage.

Yeah I like them. Saw them for the first time last year at a festival during the day and they were amazing. The sight of Shirley at the front of the stage with aeroplanes flying quite low overhead was a sight to behold!

I didn't ever think I would see them live. I was determined! 10 years of passion for the band, and I wasn't going out without seeing them. But, they came to DC!

What about Angelfish

You can't talk about Garbage without mentioning Butch Vig

Angelfish is also another one of my favourite bands, but sadly, those were NONE of Shirley Manson's own songs, or lyrics. I also adore her other band, GoodBye Mr. Mackenzie.


Butch Vig is sssssssuch a mastermind. You Nirvana fans can thank him for much of what started Nirvana.

I'm sad I never got to see them live.

I saw them in concert a while back when I used to run a cd store so I got backstage and when I met her, she gave me a big hug like we had known each other for years...I was so unbelievably dumbfounded because beyond their music being quite awesome, I had a crush on Ms. Manson...needless to say I stood their like an idiot not saying much at all until it was over.

But yes, Garbage is very good.

I don't blame you AT ALL. She looked at me during the show, and I nearly pissed myself. She is one woman in this world that coould make me do ANYTHING she wanted. I would drink her piss if she asked me to.
