gwen is an extremely talented singer, performer and lyricist. she also wrote a couple no doubt tunes on guitar herself. she's been making music her whole life and i personally think she's very good at what she does.

I might agree with you if it didn't seem like she was blatantly following trends and jumping on the hip-hop bandwagon. Her voice may be cool and her music might not always be horrible, but come on: "this shit is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S..."

haha, i knew that someone would quote that particular line. it's a pop song, with catchy lyrics. it's not the extend of her talent. go listen to suspension without suspense or beauty contest. she can write some amazing lyrics.
