and most political protest music these days comes out of hip-hop, there's a good place to look.



Immortal Technique has a song called "Bin Laden" as well, which directly says in the hook "Bush knocked down the towers." Good song.

and I totally agree that hip hop is the place you should look for music on any contemporary subject these days.

John Trudell: came out against Gulf War I; he also had a song called "Rich Man's War", and the rockinest protest song of the 90's "Bombs Over Baghdad".
