A judge has ruled that one of Gene Simmons's many, many, many, many former girlfriends can sue him because the editing of a VH1 Kiss documentary allegedly implied that she was "wild and unchaste."
The judge added that while social mores regarding sex between unmarried persons have changed, US law still says calling a woman unchaste is defamation.
Did he actually call her "unchaste," or did he imply she was unchaste using more modern terms? Because I think a lot of people could make a lot of money if it is the latter.
(I meant anybody that has ever spread rumors about a girl being a slut or whatever can get sued)

so every guy that i kissed can sue me
No, if they implied that you are "unchaste" then you can sue THEM!
Yes, if someone says that they had sex with you, they are apparently deriding you as unchaste. So...if you know someone who had sex with you talked about it, and you can prove it caused you some manner of distress, I guess it's time to call a lawyer. Might be a good idea to see what happens to Gene first though, if he wins you might want a plan B

It's not defamation if it's true though...so the KISS groupie is going to have to prove she was quite chaste when she was a groupie.......right?
