I was in the Devo fan club when I was in 7th grade. (a super-geek and proud) I tried to save my money at that time to get the hat and suit but then got turned onto black flag and the circle jerks and my money was gone.
Given Target is into self censorship, I suppose they never got ahold of the 2cd set of DEVO stuff that was recorded before "are we not men?" which included songs about s&m, defacation sex, and golden showers to name a few of the juicy topics.
