From the hip-hop world:
Outkast's Rosa Parks
Missy Elliot's Pass that Dutch (AWWWWWWW yeah!)
Bubba Sparxxx's Deliverance and Jimmy Mathis and I'm sure there's more
The Ying Yang Twins' Wait has finger snaps
J-Kwon's Tipsy

Great songs on and all

Queens of the Stone Age - "You've Got a Killer Scene There"

I think it even features Jack Black on claps.

And dont' forget "Burn The Witch". He was on that song too.

How come no one has said "TV Party" by Black Flag yet?

Baby Love - The Supremes
Please Mr. Postman - The Beatles

both of these fall under the motown category in which every song either has hand claps or a prominent tamborine track or both ( I know that the beatles aren't motown but the marvalettes are and there are hand claps in their version to)

so...............now I got

I found a few more

Brigitte Bardot - L'appareil A Sous
and
Holy Ghost Revival - Flowers of Evil (they're not that well know of a band but this song is fucking rediculously good as is the rest of their stuff)
and Tegan & Sara - Not Tonight

i thought of a lot more..

boys night out - "composing"
the postal service - "clark gable"
the gossip - "fire/sign"
snow patrol - "tiny little fractures"
the new pornographers - "your daddy don't know"
le tigre - "deceptacon"
the dandy warhols - "we used to be friends"
tilly & the wall - "fell down the stairs"..."you and i misbehaving"...and i'm sure many others.
are those handclaps in a.c. newman's "drink to me, babe, then"?
of course there's always outkast - "hey ya!" as well..
