His shitty band is not worthy of opening for the greatest band in the world.
firstly,U2 is HARDLY the greatest band in the world...as a matter of fact i feel that they are one of the WORST bands around these days. they lost their ability to write good songs a few years back, say anytime after the joshua tree.
secondly, chris carraba is every bit the songwriter the everyone says bono/the edge are. granted, since adding the full band line up, the songs lost some of their tear jerking ability, but dashboard is still, by far, better than most of the bands on the radio these days, i.e. the hives,my chemical romance, funeral for a friend, the white stripes, etc.
but then again, i guess we all have different tastes, huh?

Chris is an amazing song writer , I would like to see half of the rock musicians in the world try to play acoustic and nail every note. The world might be a better place. If you have the ear to know u2 is a great band why dont you listen to dc's set with an open mind you might enjoy yourself. As for swinging dc fans around by our ankles, ....go right ahead.......we'll just run off with your girlfriend when your done,............you know girls like that kissable and quite- in touch with my feelings-not afraid to say i love you-type
No you won't, emo kid. I crush people like you on my way to work most days.

The last time I berated a U2 fan they started crying and finished their side of the argument by running around in circles, pissing themself, shrieking "Bono! Bono! Bono!"
This is why you want me to captain your debate team.

Dude, be fair. Most U2 fans do that anyway.
They rarely have time these days.. they're too busy working towards world diplomacy..

Wow, cheap shot.
When this is being held up as an example of kick ass rock 'n roll..
The other night they played "Stuck In a Moment..." on the radio, and later when I was sweeping and singing the song to myself one of the servers told me he thought I'd be the least likely of Bono fans. I actually do like U2 and Dashborad Confessional both quite a bit. Both have their place. These days arguing musical tastes seems kind of moot. Reasoning, schmeazoning.
