Stigmata by Ministry is always a welcome addition to the I Hate You So Much cds.

If they're a believer in Jeebus, I like to throw in The Only Good Christian is a Dead Christian by Foetus Inc.

yeah, I was lucky enough (while going to college in Portland) to score a bunch of Sonics 45's-well before the hype machine re-invented them as the true "northwest" sound...ahhh the mid 90's--you did me well....

For pure psychotic post-breakup fantasies: "Last Night Of Your Life" by Sidewinders.

For something a little less hostile but sure to hint at mental instabilities that may leave the eff-ing ingrate looking around his/her shoulder, perhaps "Don't Leave Me Now" by Pink Floyd.

I'm bumping this because I was listening to the Waitresses' and realized "No Guilt" would be perfect for this. At least for us ladies. Lyrics.

"Thief" by Belly

She wears her dress high
As high as she pulls her hat down low
She's seeking out the places
those other people can't go and hold her

Untouched by the sea
(Untouched by the sea)
She's walking on water when she walks in her sleep
She's dragging me through places
I didn't want to be seen

She is a liar
As I am a thief
Because of you I came
Because of you I leave

I wanna know
(I wanna know)
Why the monsters that hurt you so
don't look like those things that
we battled so long ago

And I thought I did my part
when I pulled you out of there
that night you left boot marks on my wall

You are my liar
So I will be your thief
Because of you I came,

Because of you I leave
Because of you I leave
Because of you I leave

Wake up baby,
We are home now
Wake up baby,
We are home now
Wake up baby

We are home now
We are home now
We are home now

We are home now

would anyone actually listen to such a mix? no way would i submit myself to that kind of crazed energy. i'd be more likely to show it to my friends and be like 'whew, i got out of there JUST in time, she was crazier than i thought'

I envision making this mix and listening to it myself after a breakup, so I can be Angry McStompy alone in my bedroom.
