Have you ever made a mix for someone post break-up -- a lil thank you for breaking your heart and a final fuck-off?

What are good songs for it?

Here's a few off the top of my head.

I hope I don't fall in Love with You - Tom Waits
Love can destroy everything - Raveonettes
Wherever you were - Holly Golightly
Photobooth - Death Cab for Cutie
Cubs in Five - Mountain Goats

Whoah. I was just thinking about Karl last night. I didn't expect to come across a fan on here. I knew him back when I loved in PIttsburgh.

I'd definitely put "When I loved in Pittsburgh" By Lil Tuffy and the Tuffettes. Such a good song.

And that "Fuck You I Won't Do What You Tell Me" song by Rage Against the Machine. That's a good fuck you song if I ever heard one. Especially good if your ex was a control freak.

My partner would say 'Woman' by The Anti-Nowhere League..

I'd dig into the scary vaults of disco and pull out Gloria Gaynor 'I Will Survive'.. Just cause its got a nice 'fuck you' ring to it..

Tell me it isnt going through your head right this second... biggrin
