I would like to finish the arrangement of my cover of Love is a Battlefield, and then record it. It's hot.

Heh...cool.

I just wish someone had recorded a friend and I doing a cover of Madonna's "Holiday" at an acoustic night with me putting on my best Nick Cave drawl.

I think I need to hear that.

I want to hear Leonard Cohen sing all Nick Cave albums, and vice versa.

And maybe Patrick Stewart singing Murder Ballads as well.

The Misfits' "Angel Fuck" covered by Kelly Clarkson.

Awsome.

I'd love love love to hear the Ponys cover Television's "Marquee Moon," Richard Hell's "Blank Generation," or Johnny Thunders' "You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory."

That would be ace. The Next Gen crew have to embrace their musical career....well, Brent Spiner can fuck off, but the rest, march on.

There was a Leonard Cohen covers night down here at the festival last year, and Nick Cave, Rufus Wainwright and others covered their favourite Cohen songs. I was away at the time but a friend went and she loved it...

I think any cover by Marilyn Manson would be fine. Honestly, he's probably the only artist that I can think of who hasn't made a single bad cover. He's definitely king of the covers.
