Static-X entered the studio a little while back to release the follow-up to the October 2003 release of Shadow Zone.
The album will feature their former guitarist Koichi Fukado doing some programming and the album is said to be heavier than Shadow Zone. Producing this album will be Ulrich Wild.
The album is due out in early 2005 and hopefully won't be a let down.
they've been going downhill for a while. the first one was tough, second decent, and shadow zone...... uhhhhh...... yeah. their "beneath, between, beyond" is good though.
As long as it's better than Shadow Zone. Lazy by-numbers riffs and lame Jonathan Davis impressions do not make for a good album. Koichi doing some programming sounds like a good move, if only they could get him back on guitars too...
Fuck all you haters. Wayne Static is the man! He grew up by me! I met his parents! They are all cool. I dig his music and I will always buy their albums. It;s nice to hear that Koichi is back. I always thought he was good in the band!
