Ramones or Sex Pistols

The Sex Pistols are a great intro to punk band, but their charm ran out on me 10 years ago.

i don't know if anyone still looks at this thread or what, but i have to say ramones. i agree with some others that there are other bands that are better than the both- but given the selection... gabba gabba hey.
and as far as who invented punk rock- i will always say it was the velvet underground, way ahead of time.

Nope, The Clash are better than The Pistols and The Ramones combined... no question about it. And Joe's last 2 albums are nothing to sneeze at either.

Westway to the World put the Clash in a new light. Quite Simply, an amazing band. London Calling is perhaps the greatest punk album ever made.

As for Accessible, how the fuck we're the Sex Pistols or the Ramones NOT frickin Accessible?

the sex pistols werent overly accessible beacuse bullocks was a big fuck you to everyone, AND it rocks.

I never said I didn't like The Sex Pistols. I just think the Clash made much better music than they did.

I mean if you to talk about Revolutionary, Crass put all three of them to shame.
