You know what I like? AFI...and EMO!

i love taking back sunday, and old saves the day but i don't consider them "pop- punk". pop punk is bullshit... they are bands that sing about lost love and heartbreak. that would make them emo in my book. punk is political or at least it is supposed to be... if you guys like some real slow emo check out death cab for cutie or if you want something harder try my chemical romance. i just don't like the idea of pop punk... its just become a look a style a trend, and that's fucking retarded... punk was about rebelling now punk is trendy, that fucks it all up... i say fuck them all... go to warped tour (which has become an emo showcase of bands)in short shorts and a wife beater and don't worry what all those other people will think... rebel against this psuedo-rebellion... go out and find bands that are good and not signed yet and support them, the ones that need it. go into your local scene and support those bands that are playing shows every night, working every day, and still living in a shit hole eating beanie weenies morning noon and night... support the people that do it because they love the music and the meaning behind it not because the love the money! if i offend anyone sorry i don't mean to, this is just my humble opinion as a musician.

AFI is great, old and new stuff!!! I listen to damn near everything, so I don't piss and moan about music, I just toss in my 2 cents.
