This is a great recommendation. You could possibly expand this to some of Rev Co.'s more dancy material. Of course there's the run of the mill downtempo and eurodance stuff that sounds sleazy because it's practically make out music like the stuff on Cafe Del Mar (which also sports some really good material.) I think Robyn sounds sleazy. Then booty-house and ghetto-tech obviously, DJ Assault, Disco-D. And Disco-D's mixes are a really good way to discover a bunch of artists at the same time - especially the white label mixes (although it will be harder to determine the artist - try googling some lines of lyrics.) I don't know if this is sleazy or in your face sexual and crass.

Am I the only one who thought of this guy? Besides, I hear super-villians are usually pretty sleazy.
