Anthrax ..........

i was going thru my old albums and found all my old anthrax lp's
and just for nostalga reasons i played them


and just got me thinking the music there still sounds just as good now as much as it did back in the 80's and 90's

Some of my High School art projects were based on Anthrax songs from Among the Living. Good Shit Maynard. Seen them about eight times in concert. The new lead singer just does not cut it. Long live the Old School.

i think anthrax is really good, there new album is awesome.

Joey Belladonna actualy is touring and performs most of the Anthrax songs he sang on as well as a few solo pieces. But who gives a crap about the solo part.

You know why I like Anthrax. 1. they did a track with Public Enemy. 2. they didn't take themselves too seriously. They are hard to find now on vinyl unfortunately.

albums like among the living and POT are CLASSIC metal albums.....even their later output is really good.....i still havent picked up the new one tho...

on the other Anthrax tip, Scott Ian seems to be quite the music connoiseur. gotta respect that

Anthrax was one of my first favorite "metal' bands back when i was in school. They have always felt like family to me, no matter how many changes they go through I think they always sen to come out shining. Joey Belladonna was good, no doubt there, but i think with John Bush they have had a greater ability to experiment and grow. They still kick ass!
