I had a front row spot for Pavement at this year's Coachella because I had shoved my way up for Spoon. I didn't know any of their music so I gave my spot to a girl who was a huge fan (since I think the big fans deserve to be front row). The only catch was that she had to promise to give her spot to some kid who had been wait all day long for Gorillaz with no food or water. I was reading some of the online articles about the festival and I ran across a picture of that same girl. Standing beside her (with his arm and the lower part of his face in the picture) is the kid I made her promise to give her spot to once Pavement was over. I'm glad she kept her promise!
