I can safely say "No."

Eclectic? Yeah, probably!

With the exception of erasure, that list is about as eclectic as peanut butter and jelly on white bread.

I have almost 1300 tracks of comedy bits, singles, live cuts, full albums, and b-sides and rare tracks. Way too much to list, so we'll leave it at that.

I imagine it's the same list as the $9.99 bin at Wal*Mart.

Kind of tips your hand at your age, but considering a bunch of this stuff is on my iPod.... wink

I'll pick off some noticeably cools stuff:

Allman Brothers
The Band
Beatles
Bob Marley
Janis Joplin
Jeff Beck
Jimmy Hendrix
Johnny Cash
Led Zeppelin
Lynryd Skynyrd (who doesn't love a little Southern Rock occasionally?)
Pink Floyd
Robert Cray
Stevie Ray Vaughan
Tal Wilkenfeld

Tal Wilkenfeld kicks ass. Not a huge fan of her music per se, but she is an amazing musician.

My list for bands whose names consist solely of numbers is longer than that list. And no, 311, is not on it.

If by eclectic you mean fairly generic...in an Adult-Contemporary sense....then yes. Very eclectic.

Thanks! I agree about Tal . . she's really talented!

And BTW . . . I saw the Beatles live at Shea Stadium.

ps . . I know Albert Cummings and Albert Castiglia personally . . you'd probably love their music! Castiglia used to be lead guitar player for Junior Wells. Great players!

Not sure what happened to you over the years . . . your comments seem mean spirited and unnecessary lately. Are you not having fun here anymore? People posting things that interest them, should not become an opportunity for someone to try to be cool and put them down. I would think that kind of thing would be beneath you. Then again, sometimes I'm wrong.
