I just got Z trip Live In L.A. It's sooooooooooo good. Let's see, he mixes Outkast with Tool, Jay-Z with Jane's Addiction, Janis Joplin with DJ Shadow, and tons more. If you don't know who he is, you should try and find the live album, and Uneasy Listening. They're both limited release, but I heard you can find them online.

The Bomb Shelter Crew used to play here every Tuesday night. I miss those days. If you want his albums you usually have to buy them at shows.

I was at the show featured on the "Scratch Movie" and have seen him about 8 times since, never miss his shows, never. If you live in LA, I will convert you today, just hit me up and we will have a party. I got about 7 bootleg cd's and his 3 produced cd's.

Was going through and buying a ton of DnB records and heard his album "Uneasy listening"album. Lots of old school hip-hop breaks mixed with 80s hits . . . a lot doper than one would suspect smile

I'm moving there, so hopefully for a long time! I packed my car today. I'm not going to leave until Tuesday, because we're supposed to get a big snow storm here in the northeast. It would definately be cool to meet someone out there. My only friend there is going to Thailand for month on some yoga mission type thing, so when I get to town I won't know a soul. Maybe you could show me some good record shops? I've been to Amoeba, and it's fucking great, but maybe there are some lo-key spots I don't know about. It's cool to e-mail me, so feel free!
