not the game...the band.....jesus christ....this shits intense....anyone whos a fan of anything mentioned in this thread *REGARDLESS of what obscure subgenre its in* should check this out.....you will NOT be disappointed.....oh..and just to brag...i heard jesu *braoderick's new band* this weekend.....i cant fucking wait....think godflesh's go spread your wings but with alot more melody and a little more speed *NOT much tho*...great stuff

i saw khanate live friday night...i think they gave me a tumor......i had a headache and felt like vomiting thru their whole set....even after they were done i felt a little dizzy....not only did you hear the music..you FELT it....absolutely jawdropping...my definition of heavy is forever changed....i saw them with pelican and dysrhytmia *the latter being an great instrumental jazz/rock/metal thing....give them a listen* pelican...who are no lightweights themselves played after khanate and in comparison their material seemed light and happy...but..yeah..great show and if khanate plays near you...ANYWHERE near you...go see it

every music message board has a genre war, who cares what band fits under what catagory, genre's are nearly always coined by journolists anyway. bands fuckin hate it.
