Musical Contractors

I'm building a house. A musical house specifically. I want your ideas and suggestions on which famous music industry contracor should do what.

For example (and to get the ball rolling)

I'm gonna get the Foundations in to put the foundations down for the Walls. Once they're up I'm gonna put in Frames for the windows and Jams for the Doors. I'll get the Waterboys in to do the main part of the plumbing but I might need Billie Piper in for the tricky work and the Radiators to do the central heating. I'll probably get AC/DC in to do the electrics but I'll probably leave the light fittings it Lighthouse Family. The Carpenters have said they'll do the joists and partitions as long as Planxty supply the wood. I'm thinking about putting in a long driveway through my Savage Garden, I may get Journey to put it in.

You get the idea, I need suggestions, this house needs building. I might even get a Babylon Zoo if I have enough money left.
