Clear Channel makes a move

So the G-note prices that Tickets fetch on E-Bay are now about to become Suggested Retail. Looks like the groundlings are about to get raped in the ass and wallet...

sad, but it was coming to this. i'm surprised that it didn't come sooner. basically ticketmaster has made scalping legal through semantics, since they wil be the initial seller.

i'm sure they've been trying to figure a way to get scalper/ticket broker prices for concerts and other events for eons.
