I knew this one guy who was air-guitaring on his bed. He leapt too high and smashed his arm between the ceiling and his head, breaking it. We all had a good laugh at his expense.
I didn't hear about him again until seven years later when he was on the front page of the local paper, having died in Iraq.
when the "air-jamming" leads to something akin to a full-body dry heave (depends on the music), then i might be liable to pull a muscle. i'm out of shape.
but really, my wrists have matured quite well from years of air and table drumming. you should hear how they crack when i wake up in the morning. sounds like a tree trunk snapping in two.

Yeah i got that once when I was shitfaced in a club and convinced the DJ to play "New Noise" I was in horrendous pain for ages
